Each Foreign Commercial Bank will recruit both Foreign and U.S. Bank Employees to represent the
Foreign Commercial Bank in the U.S.A. to D.B.A. Pendulum Business Loan Brokers L.L.C.,
under a 7 Year Limited Liability Company State Managing Partner Contract with Hiram R. Davis.
The Foreign Commercial Bank will write the Business Operations Agreement with
Hiram R. Davis, the founding Principal for the proposed Limited Liability Company (L.L.C.) to D.B.A. Pendulum Business Loan Brokers L.L.C. that will be the Loan Origination Procedures according to
the Foreign Commercial Banks guidelines, subject to the Banking Regulations of the United States
