U.S. and European Natural Gas Investment Bankers that are awarded a Limited Partner Contract with the Securities Division of Sweetwater Pipeline Company International, will make a Principal Investment as a Percentage (%) Ratio as outlined in the categories below;

• Natural Gas Field Lease Investment Contract 70% / 30%

• Natural Gas Field – Natural Gas Gathering Pipeline Investment Contract 50% / 50%

• Natural Gas Processing Plant Investment Contract 80% / 20%

• Natural Gas Transmission Pipeline Investment Contract 70% / 30%

• Natural Gas Interconnecting CNG Natural Gas Service Station Supply Pipelines 100% / 0%

• Natural Gas – LNG Natural Gas Export Terminal Investment Contract 0% / 100%

• Natural Gas Processing Plant to LNG Natural Gas Export Terminal Pipeline 0% / 100%

• Natural Gas LNG Transport Ship Fleet Investment Contract 70% / 30%

	Natural Gas Investment Bankers and Securities Broker Dealers that are domiciled in the United States or in Europe, that are awarded a Limited Partner Contract with the Securities Division of Sweetwater Pipeline Company, will select one (1) or more of our 34 Emerging Market and /or Developing Country market areas, that have proven Natural Gas Reserves where we will work together as Limited Partners to Create a Natural Gas Economy:
	Natural Gas Investment Bankers and Securities Broker Dealers that are domiciled in the United States or in Europe, that are awarded a Limited Partner Contract with the Securities Division of Sweetwater Pipeline Company, will select one (1) or more of our 34 Emerging Market and /or Developing Country market areas, that have proven Natural Gas Reserves where we will work together as Limited Partners to Create a Natural Gas Economy:
	Emerging Market and Developing Country market areas that have proven Natural Gas Reserves, where the Natural Gas Investment Bankers and Securities Broker Dealers that have been awarded a Limited Partner Contract with the Securities Division of Sweetwater Pipeline Company, will work together as Limited Partners to Create a Natural Gas Economy.:
